Liability Release: I understand that participating in The PATHway to the Rim: 3v3 All-Star Festival involves physical activity. I hereby release PATH (Preparing All for Tomorrow’s Hope) and Centennial High School from any liability for injuries that may occur during the event.

Media Consent: I grant PATH permission to use photos or videos of participants for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers).

Code of Conduct & NDA: I agree to respect the rules of the tournament and the "Earn While You Learn" model. I agree not to share or reproduce PATH’s specific program materials or proprietary mentorship structures without written consent.
